Pick a Pay ASAP .... HORRIBLE SERVICE ....

Yesterday at about 4 pm I placed an order on Pick a Pay asap. The order was confirmed and payment made. Since then, nothing happened and the order was not delivered.

I phoned the call center 3 times and held on for between 4 and 10 minutes at a time. Left a message twice and still no reply .... Then I decided to email them .... twice ... no reply .... This morning at about 10:30 am a delivery guy called at the gate to deliver my order .... I was so surprised as I HEARD NOTHING form anyone!

The order was a mess ... the bag was wet and the frozen goods was room temperature. The one bag broke on delivery and everything fell out off the bottom of the bag! Now this IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ....

I make use of this app very often and this was just HORRIBLE!!!! The fact that Pick a pay Asap does not even care to get back to me is worse!!! Guys, where is your reputation that you need to uphold?

Please do not give me a soggy answer of it was raining etc ... why DID YOU NOT COMMUNICATE IT TO ME? I want a refund on the frozen goods and I WILL NOT BE GOING TO A STORE AS I DID PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS HORRIBLE!

Please get back to me in this regard so that I can supply you with the order number and other details.
