PICK A PAY ASAP

If I could give 0 star, then I would do so. I am staying in Vereeniging and I am ordering my mother's groceries in Bloemfontein. I gave the correct address on the App, but Pick a Pay choose the incorrect address for the driver to go to. Driver confirmed my parcel is delivered where I still never got anything delivered to my mother. So he confirmed he will need to go back to the store and they will contact me. Since this morning until now, no one contacted me. This is ridiculous, even my order is not even refunded yet to my wallet to try again to place the order for them to try again and then hopefully not to fail this time. Pick A Pay Loch Logan is not even answering there phone so how am I going to communicate with there management team ? VERY BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
