Pick a pay

Just Because... I have purchased a pot of Nola mayonnaise at pick n pay Soneike on Thursday the 25th July 2024. Having a family braai that evening. By the time I wanted to use the mayonnaise I noticed that it had a funny look and sell. I ask my husband if it looked right...then he says did you check the expiration date. So I said no, why should I as this is brought at pick a pay. Checking the date ... The mayonnaise expired in 2020. I went to pick a pay today with my slip and mayonnaise to speak to the store manager, his words... This can't be as this product sells very fast , making me feel and look like I'm telling a lie. I said to him go look on your camera's and you will see I took the mayonnaise from your shelf. Not once did he apologized for any inconvenience cause. He just stick to this can't be. I had to ask my son to bring me a pot of mayonnaise later that evening as the shops where closed already. Inconvenient others to help me out in order to finish the salads. Just because of the managers attitude.
