Pick Pay North Gate Gauteng has the worst grocery trollies, they go everywhere except straight, you have to fight their trollies constantly. I spoke to the store management June 2023 and they assured me they were expecting new trollies in two weeks as they were already on order, that was bull s#it as I went there numerous times and nothing changes, again today and the trollies are exactly the same, once trollies are loaded it is a constant fight to get them to operate, in June 2023 I was given the name of the guy that looks after the trollies instore, I forget his name but I was promised by store management that this guy will call me and he will sort out the trollies, some more BS. it is now eight months later and still their trollies are s#ht!!!!
