Pic n Pay with their very bad customer service and advertising stuff witch they can't offer....or fulfill.

This is now close to 10 times,maybe more that I've stopped to buy something at this Pic n Pay Kenridge.And I want to draw money and the just tell me they haven't got cash.Im sick of it.how is this possible.??? Isn't it a service they offer to the customer.Ive stopped there for this reason but they can almost never help me.they shouldn't advertise this seeing that they can't do it.Im so passed of about this .what can I do.the way the staff treated me was just unexceptable.
