Pic n pay Incompetence

I made an order on the pic n pay asap app at around 15:00pm date:25/08/23,I waited over 3 hours ,the app kept changing my address and the time of delivery , the app wouldn’t let me call straight from the app so I sent an email, actually two, but the response was automated ,so I had to call 3 times to get to a consultant that told me my order was cancelled without my knowledge, after I’ve waited over 3 hours due to their app malfunction that changed my delivery address now my money is stuck on they’re app so I’m forced to make another purchase on this stupid app again ,I’m a regular customer and I don’t know why I’ve put up with this nonsense for so long there’s always issues with the delivery being late or the quality of the food being bad and now my money not being reversed so I could use it by their competitors I don’t even know why the app is called “ASAP” when I’ve always received my orders over an hour late ,and I can’t even delete it because I have to use my money on their pic n pay wallet.
