Pic n Pay festival and their ASAP useless service.

I've experienced so much bad and disgusting from Pic n Pay festival Mall and their ASAP service. I placed an order via the ASAP app around 10:12 and till now I haven't received my order. I ordered less than 10 items but it took them over 3 hours to deliver my order. That time I stay about 15 minutes drive away from the Pic n Pay store. I called their customer care and spoke to a guy Cale Luvuyo who told my the driver is still on the way and also provided the drivers cell no. Which was on voicemail when I called. I then asked Luvuyo if they could cancel my order and refund my money. And he told me that it's gonna take about 10 days for me to get my money back. I called Pic n Pay festival mall and spoke to a nice lady who promised to assign another driver to deliver my order but till now 12:37. I haven't received my refund, my order or Atleast an explanation as to why am I not getting served. I called Customer care and spoke to a lady called Nosipho who assured me that their driver was on their way back to my place. Till now. I haven't got any feedback.
