Pic n Pay dysfunctional with cash withdrawals

Pick n Pay , never has cash each time I have been to a store to withdraw cash from my Tyme bank account. They simply tell you they don't have cash and with a don't care attitude. Don't care attitude from the cashier , to the supervisor and including the store Manager . This has happened at the following PnP Branches , PnP Oribi plaza , PnP Shelley mall and PnP on the Bluff. Customer care from the cashier , supervisor and store Manager is non existent when it comes to withdrawals. If Pnp does not have cash to give Tyme bank account holders , then they should stick to food sales and get the hell out of banking. Lame excuses are not acceptable , you can't provide a service ,then don't. I've never been into a bank to withdraw money and have been told , they do not have any cash to give. Pnp is arrogant in dealing with complaints and have a don't care attitude. Pnp will never adapt or change , because they are stick in their old ways.Ttme bank should take note and terminate the dysfunctional partnership.
