Pick n Pay ASAP online has failed my family completely! You took the last of our money, but never delivered our groceries. Now my children are sitting without food, and all your customer service says is “wait 3–5 days for a refund.” How are we supposed to feed our kids while you hold our money? This is not just poor service, it is cruel and unacceptable. Pick n Pay, you cannot treat families like this!
