Pic n Pay ASAP doesn't want to refund my money

Pic n Pay ASAP.... ********** SERVICE. I placed an order this morning at 9, money went through but their system didn't generate an order number. Called and was told I would be credited within an hour! Well that didn't happen then was told to contact Capitec to release funds back into my account! Capitec sent me back for an Authorization Letter. They sent me another customers letter with his details! Then afterwards they sent me another letter which was declined by the bank because they stated Pic n Pay knew the letter should have a letterhead. I have called about 10 times today and No One I mean No One is helping! I want my MONEY !!!! They say they will call back and they never did! 3 times I was told that....
