Pick n Pay ASAP customer service is pathetic!! It takes them over 24 hours to help you sort out incorrect order. No updates via email, you have to constantly call before someone checks on your order. Very unprofessional! Food is not like clothes, it cannot take more than 24 hours to resolve. I had ordered baby formula and my child couldn't eat because the formula was not delivered. They need to work on their turn around time for resolving such issues.
