Pic and Pay ASAP - paying for products that were never delivered

On 24 Oct 2022, I placed an order with Pic&Pay ASAP. They charged for salt that wasn't delivered. I emailed them, and got the reference number 495987 but I've not heard from them since. It's just salt, it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle that counts. I paid for something that didn't arrive in the home delivery. And now I'm being ignored.
