Phone held hostage
I bought a samsung phone 2022 december. 2024 the phone went dead and i took it to pick n pay Southgate because it was still under warranty. They took it to Samsung. Now samsung phones me and tell me they cannot fix the phone and there is an assessment fee of 300 and i will not get my phone back. I dont pay..it will be thrown into the dustbin. This was not explained to me and i am so hurt and dissatisfied. This is appaling. Furthet to that Samsung sent me a quote of 1500 to fix the phone. Daylight *******.
