pick and pay choses which queries are important to them and which ones are not, just curious as to what is the process of elimination.

I went to Pick and Pay Randburg (square) about 2 weeks ago and I had one of the most scaring experiences pf my life. I walked in to the store to be treated like a piece of **** because I am ***, the staff decided to point at me and whisper behind my back yo the point they did jot care to hide it, I was a despicable piece of **** and should not be in the store.

I complained about this from twitter, call centre to head office and of course they acted shocked and at the time it seemed like genuine concern, I was told they needed to view CCTV (I guess who is going yo believe a *** person) which i entertained and allowed them to i was than called by regional manager , who once again acted shocked and I asked for an apology, I was meant to get one last week but the time I can make it to the store is too inconvenient for their ****phobic staff, so its been 7 days and no apology.

Today i thought well, I might as well forget it! I need food so let me go to the store, i walked tight outside the store and my heart raced in fear, I tried really hard to convince myself that it was safe, it was Owk, i can go in, after all it's my money im spending! I couldn’t, I went straight home, o could still hear and see them pointing, laughing and whispering. I can still here the merchandiser saying “stabane”,

Pick and pay doesn’t care, this broke me. I buy my food from pnp and have been for years and now I can’t even walk in,
