Personal discounts *******
So i loaded my personal discounts via my App. Before paying I explained to the cashier about the personal discounts I have. She was clueless about them. Gave my smart card and she swiped it, started scanning my items and it gave me -R28.95 (from the special of sunglight-domestos-handy andy 750ml)
I asked to check if my personal discounts have been utilized and she said yes. When i check my receipt dololo...
I had a R20 off if i spend R150 or more R5.20 off on 1kg mielie kip polony R4 off on 2kg spekko rice Which amounts to R29.20 that i had to fork out as I somehow didnt get my discounts off.
The R20 off is valid until tomorrow hence i did my shopping today. So now. I want my R29.20 as i had to pay it cash.
One more thing, please ensure your staff is well trained regarding the usage of personal discounts and the APP in general.
