Perpetually Badly Managed PnP Rosebank

Argh that's the only way to describe Pick n Pay Rosebank. It's possibly the worse managed Pick n Pay in the country. Its never been a pleasure shopping there not in 1999 when I was in high school and not now in 2019. Today I stood in the express lane for nearly 30 mins, in fact, this is the norm. Regular checkout lanes went faster. When I asked to speak to a manager a very rude, uncouth woman barely spoke to me, she was too interested in going to physically check a price on a product - this is not a managers job, her job is to ensure the store is managed properly so check-out queues don't grow down every aisle. This uncouth manager proceeds to get defensive by asking me if I'm accusing the express till cashiers of being slow. So I say no this is a chronic issue at this store so she proceeds to make the two closed express till an excuse saying they are broken today and THAT'S why the queues are slow and I again say well even in the odd occasion when are not broken the queues are still long. She then says oh we're sorry. Let's not get started on how shoppers in this Pick n Pay are perpetually getting propositioned by beggers in the store asking for money or for to pay for their shopping. PICK N PAY ROSEBANK DON'T BE SORRY, FIX YOUR ILL MANAGED STORE OR CLOSE DOWN AND ALLOW CHECKERS TO DO A BETTER JOB.
