People with physical disabilities are not taken onto considaration with regards to long queues

I experienced bad service at pick and pay lemon tree Alberton on Friday the 25 Th of August 2017, I am a person living with a disability/amputee and can't stand for too long normally most shops and banks will make an exception possibly have a queue based for the disabled, but with pick 'n pay lemon tree the queues where full on Friday afternoon and I spoke to the cashiers who gladly assisted me and moved me onto the front because they could see I am disabled,

I was then told to pay by the kiosk where they sell cigarettes, I had my trolley with me full of groceries as I was taking them out getting ready to pay I was told that the owner said am not allowed pay by the cigarette counter, he was standing right next to me when I told him about my disability he wouldn't listen and told me to look at their policies and that if he allowed me everyone else would want to come and pay at the cigarette counter it's either I go back to the long queues as am not allowed to pay at the cigarettes counter.

I then asked the owner what measures are they taking to ensure that the physically disabled don't suffer with regards to waiting in long queues, and he never answered me, I left my trolley there and left the shop as I was tired from standing. The lemon tree shopping center cater’s for people with disabilities there is parking’s for people with disabilities but what steps/ measures is pick and pay taking to ensure that the physically disabled do not suffer with regards to standing on long queues?
