People with disability

Hi. I went to Pick n Pay Brackenfell on the 9th of June. Walk in at the main entrance to the public bathrooms because i've got an appointmend at one of the stores at 3 and i came in at 2:30 so that i've got enough time. But at the bathroom that is along walk from the entrance is was close due to some kind of cleaning.Now i have to walk all the way back past the enterance to the other bathroom that is upstairs but i can't climb the stairs because i've got heart failure but there is a disable bathroom at the bottom. so i would be ok all though it takes everything out of me to walk there. At the bathroom it said it is closed and the key must be at some cleaner or someone that I have to find and cant find anyway in my state. Nobody can help me. I was sent to management to complain but that didn't help.SO WHAT IS A PERSON WHO IS DISABLE IN A WHEELCHAIR OR SOMEONE LIKE ME TO DO. THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR US AT PnP Brackenfell. LOOKS LIKE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE LIKE ME OR ANY OTHER DISABLE PERSON. I WOULD NOT RECOMENT PEOPLE TO GO TO PnP Brackenfell. They just dont Care. So i will never buy anything from them ever plus they got a read the barcode code to make sure the price is right. How am i suppose to bend down and read codes with my HEART Failure and people in wheal chairs???????????????
