People With A Caring Heart
Good Day,
I visited the waterfront branch on the 1st March with mom. As we walked in, passing the bakery - mom says shes feeling dizzy, wants to sit and starts shaking. Luckily she was holding onto the trolley. A cleaner that was mopping, I asked if he could get a chair or crate and he rushed off and got one. As I made mom sit. I wanted to give her a chocolate, which she refused. (thinking her sugar was low). A lady came to ask if she was okay and asked someone to bring a coke. (While they were busy, Asked mom what she needed and I rushed off to get it. I gt it and rushed off back to the bakery - were I saw Faizel (Staff member) inquiring about the coke so that someone could sign and they did not charge for it. Mom felt better instantly and I called my transport which is dial a ride I have a slight disability as well.I appreciate it so much that they assisted mom so fast and in a caring way. I know that it was month end and the store was crazy, but they still took the time to come and check and that in its self meant allot. I would like the to commend management on hiring such wonderful. kind hearted caring individuals. I didnt get the lady or the cleaners name.

Fatima
