People send from HEAVEN!!
I have to take my hat off for the 2 people working at Pick n pay chemist in George. I walked in yesterday with my child being sick and the regular docter that we normally go to was close. I walked in and asked for assistance for someone that can examine my child and they said to me that the nurse has gone home and I was too late and they said they can try calling her and to my disbelief the sister agreed to come and assist with my son. She was there within 10 Minutes and examined my son and we got the medicine from the best 2 consultants I have met that works at any chemist to went above and beyond of what they are supposed to do. Luckily my so had only tonsillitis which he get on a regular basis and I knew that he was starting so we needed assistance since the regular docter was closed. I would only say to Pick a Pay that better staff than that you will never get and the humanity side was excellent. Pick n pay Lavalia

I have bought a steak pie from pick n pay garden route mall and it was a disaster. The pie was already pre-baked and then we thought it should only be heated in the oven but when we read the instructions it clearly stated that it must go in the oven for 30 minutes. But it already looked dried and we said to ourselves that this is going to be a disaster but lets try it out.
The end result was that the pie was dry and the crust was the worst I have ever tasted in any pies. The worst part of it all is that after we ate some of the pie we all felted bad and had to drink boiling water just to help with stomach feeling. It really isn't worth buying and to top it up they say it's a chef's promise on the box.
If you sell a pie I would presume that the dough is raw and that you must bake it yourself to get a good result but this one was pre-baked and therefore it was a disaster and would not recommend anyone to buy this pie.
