People feel they are too important for their Jobs..

<p>The service at pick and pay Carlton Center is horrible.</p> <p>Their staff feels they are important more than their customers. They have attitude as if they don’t need the job.</p> <p> </p> <p>They make you stand there like you did something wrong but you just want to pay and get back to work also.</p> <p>Zanele yesterday was acting like I need to beg her to open up her till and assist. Their supervisors couldn’t care less also. Maybe it’s because their main customers are black and feel like they can walk all over us and walk like their God, I don’t know.</p> <p>Their guys at the aisles are friendlier than the tellers.</p> <p>And when compared the super service you get at Pick and Pay FairlandsL</p> <p> </p> <p>Proper training and coaching is needed there.</p>
