PENSIONER GETS HIS PENSION ****** IN THE STORE!

My dad being an old cripple pensioner went into the Capricorn PnP to collect his pension. With the disgusting service he was given, they gave him R80 worth of one rand coins because they refused to go and collect more cash from their back office. He ended up buying a few things at the shop and was busy paying for it with the coins he received. There was an older women that saw he had the money and shoved him at the pay point and stole one of the bags worth of R2000 which was all caught on camera!

After many calls and transfers my mom was able to get through to someone who clearly doesn't care and was only willing to pay my dad out R500 for the incident!

I am disgusted that a million rand company cannot even compensate my dad for something that happened in their store right by the teller! They have been a loyal customer for years and by your employee refusing to accommodate my disabled fathers' request to not receive his pension in coins, made him a target of theft.

My dad has to support my mom and their down-syndrome daughter with their pension money. This money was to pay for their monthly groceries which they buy from your shop!
