Penelope is rude and should not be working with people.

I disgusted by the service I got at Pick ‘n Pay Maponya mall, saw a bottle of cognac on an online catalog for R449 went in store to buy it but was charged R549, I asked to speak to the manager to have it rectified. They called Penelope for us, she 1st told us that we wasting her time with just R100 and she has serious work to do and later said she will send a price dispute via WhatsApp for us and will call me when she gets feedback….its been days but no response.
