Pending Refund

I ordered groceries on the 28th of February 2022 order number ***, 2 items were missing from my order I sent an email immediately to the pnp ASAP support email, I have since been calling and each time they tell me my refund has been processed and soon after the call I get a new reference number of escalation, my latest reference is ***. I have seen not been refunded
