Peed off with Pick n Pay Queensburgh

Very disappointed with PnP Queensburgh. I ordered my groceries on there ASAP app as I always do but the last 2 experiences were terrible. The first issue I had was 1 of my 4 bags were left at the store and if I didn't call to query it, I probably would never have received it, and with my latest order they delivered someone else's order to me and my order never arrived (my order number was on the bag so they got that right but the contents were not mine). I reported the issue after 3 in the afternoon but was told that I would probably only get the issue resolved the next day. Never mind that i had just had oral surgery and the order was supposed to be for my dinner. So I must suffer for their incompetence! It seems this store is going down very fast as I know I am not the only person with this complaint. Does no one double check the orders before they send them out? Perhaps you should reevaluate your staff or maybe not offer the online orders since it seems to be too complicated to get right. Very disappointed.
