Peace of Plastic in a swissroll cake

i have bought a swissroll in Pick n Pay Store Birchleigh North on the 22 September around 15h30. Taking a slice to work on the 23 September i find a peace of plastic in my swisroll slice. I have phoned them, the 1 Manager promised to get the Backery manager to phone me, that was around 10h45. i have also emailed them. Today is the 29 September, and still not a word from them. My question is, if you can get plastic in food that is baked in the backery in Pick n Pay, just wonder what else can happen, Hygenic and what if a child had that slice and got that peace of plastic in. And then you dont even get any feedback!! The other problem is the dirty trolley's it is disgusting!!!
