Payment of Renewal of Vehicle Licence.

Pick 'n Pay Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth can't assist in the renewal or even the payment of a vehicle license! They said I should go to the Post Office after I have registered online! I only need to make a payment. Why can't they help, It feels like they didn't receive the proper training, that the system is ALWAYS OFFLINE and EVERYTHING is just to much Effort. Very Disappointed.
