Payed for broken bottle in store

<p>Today i was in pick n pay liquor silverton store at 18h10 i went there to buy 6 bottles of bernini blush as i approached the counter the pack fall two of the bottles were broken i was made to pay them the said to me its the shop rules its written on the corners but not visible enoughI only seen it after the incideny.What suprises me is that same thing happened at the groove last month to a customer before me he was not made to pay wine bottle fall.When i asked the cashier why is different rules from the same store different location she said franchise rules are not the same.That made me worried of why is the franchise rules of the same store not the same.And the fact that i m an adult who is very sane and who was sober .I will not just get to a store and start throwing bottles on the floor it was an honest mistake.I now know i have to drive to the groove to receive better service.</p>
