Pay out

Hey i am a former employee of pick n pay, i left pick n pay at chris hani last year 24th of December which is 2021, it is a year now and i have not got my payout i am not the only one, our hr says she has sent our paper to head office at Cape Town but till today no pay out has been made, can anyone assist, i have even call old mutual provident fund they have not received anything from pick n pay
