Pay more receive inferior products on app

I purchased on the ASAP app on the 14/08/2021, paid for tenderised steaks an amount of R118. 99 and received minute steaks to the value of R33. Have been trying to get a refund ever since, kept being told the refund is processed and to wait 10 days, after 10 days being told refund not processed please wait another 10 days, your call center does not know what is going on and I am asked for proof again. What type is **** is this, do you hope that we will not follow up.
