Pay just now

On the 22/02/2025 I made a purchase of the Wicode to load on my gift card at pick n pay brackenfell using my Pay just now and to my surprise I was told that i can no longer load a gift voucher so I have asked the Supervisor that was in store for cancellation of the receipt and i was advised to contact pay just now which I did and they told me the store needs to make the request since then I have been sent back and forth and I'm stuck with a pay just now purchase now that i have not even used.
