PAY FOR A COOKED CHICKEN AND ITS RAW!

Good day, I would like to complain about a Lemon and Herb cooked chicken purchased at your Boksburg Branch yesterday that was raw when cut open. I had to recook the chicken which took me FOREVER and was still charged R 56.99 for it. I may as well have saved myself the money and cooked the chicken myself. I am horribly disappointed and upset by this and wonder what would have happened had I served your chicken to my family. RESOLVE THIS ISSUE PLEASE. I would like compensation for paying for a cooked chicken and getting it raw.
