Pay back our money or legal actions will be taken this is the 4th time asking

Hello we are still waiting for Pick n Pay to get back to us on this matter. We had a delivery from pick on the 28 June 2020 and not all of our items was delivered which was paid for. Since June no one has teying to resolve this matter to pay back our money. So it is fine for pick n pay to ***** a customer's hard earned money. So we are waiting 5 months now to get the matter resolved, now what what we are going to to is to make this public on all social media platforms and in all newspapers and we are getting a our lawyer involved now, and pick n pay will pay our legal costs as well. So the sooner you pay back our money the sooner this matter can be resolved. Who gives pick n pay the right to not ghve back what customer's paid for and did not receive ????
