Pay back my money
17 days later am still awaiting for my refund or even a call that they promised on my previous review. No contact or whatsoever after their mediocre ASAP service. No sense of sympathy nor ownership for their mess and inconvenience caused me as a customer.

No one called, no one made follow up, now you asking for the same details. I just need my money urgently. You time frame long lapsed. I didn't buy or purchased that item on credit, I paid instantly why's it taking this long to pay me?
