Pay back my money

Pick n pay has ******** me my refund through their app ASAP, not once but twice to the point where I don't use it anymore. I made purchases and they never has some items in stock and I never got a refund for those and I've sent multiple emails to them and till this days no help and I even have references of support tickets which they don't attend to
