Patronizing and disrespectful staff
My name is Tholakele Makhathini. I'm a cleaner and would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service or lack thereof that I received at pick n pay clothing. I went there this morning at 10:00 to withdraw money and was told to return at around 12:00. I withdrew R350 and realized that in total I should withdraw R1050. On my second withdrawal the lady who was assisting me, I think her name is Jabu shouted at me and advised that he does not have R50's. I went to the bank to get change in order to solve for this problem however on my return no one was willing to assist me, the story had changed to now there being no money at all. The lady who assisted me first was around but refused to assist me as she said she was on lunch. The rest of the ladies kept bickering and telling me that they don't want to disrupt their float. I asked to speak to the manager and was tole that he is at the receiving and that I should rather return at 18:00. I am really disheartened by the total disregard experienced. The service is really awful.
