Pathic pick n pay Westwood mall

Trust you are well,

Never in my life have I ever met such an arrogant, rude, ***********, unprofessional cashier at pick n pay. Pick n pay brands themselves as a family store however the service I received yesterday was pathetic and appalling. Cashier name was Nombuso. Who simply didn’t know how to process my payment with my gift card and instead of asking for assistant she bluntly shouted its DECLINED for everyone to hear and said we don’t take this card after giving me hysterical looks . Me trying to educate her on gift cards did not help cause clearly she knows everything about the till. She then called the manager on duty who as well had the nerve to say “WE DONT CARE HOW MUCH IS THE CARD,IT JUST DOESNT WORK”I was fuming,and I will advise my family n friends not to use that pick n pay although its in our area but rather we go elsewhere.

Kanti what is the minimum requirements to work at pick n pay these days. Are they recruiting drop outs and offering no training n getting promotions based on “longest time served”
