PATHETIC....WORST EVER!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't give them 0. This was the worst experience of my life. I placed my order yesterday at 10h08. The app said delivery would take place between 14h00 and 15h00. The times keep moving out. It is now over 24hrs and have been notified they have picked my order. Another hour has gone by since my order was picked and it hasn't left the store. My milk etc is sitting somewhere going off! They have deactivated the call centre so you can't get hold of anyone and when you message in the app, you get told the reply will come in a few hours.... what the hell!!!!! I everyday got a very pathetic response this morning by someone who did not address my issues. This is the first and last time....I will also make sure everyone I know knows how bad this is and should rather stick to other retailer options.... there are other apps that work far better and better service as well. These guys have a lot to learn but I certainly won't be back to try again and neither will people I know. Well done you are the best in let downs and win 1st prize for the most pathetic service providers. It's better you shut your app down because if you can't do this properly, rather don't do it at all..... you are only damaging your name.
