Pathetic/no service

Such a disappointment from the Pick n Pay asap App! I placed an order at 10h22 on a Friday (yesterday) and I am still waiting for delivery, it's Saturday 11h27 now. When you contact the agents on the chat, they give you automated responses, 1st it was the driver is going to the store to pick up your order, that was 15h00 at 17h00 same thing, no one knows where my order is, I thought this would be a convenient option since I have an infant and don't want to be going to malls to queue! The food was supposed to be cooked for supper but no. I asked if there was a way to escalate and I was left hanging ?! No empathy for customers at all!!!
