PATHETIC TERRIBLE SERVICE @ PNP WOODMEAD

If there was a minus Zero rating I would have given this store that. Placed an order on 1st December 2022, it was supposed to be delivered the following day. Delivery never came and nobody contacted me for any explanation. Decided to give it a few days since it was the holidays and thought they had a lot of deliveries, but a week passed and i still did not receive my order. I contacted them via WhatsApp they told me they had a lot of orders and that the driver was going to come on the 6th of December. driver never pitched. I called again and they told me the issue was escalated to PNP Woodmead and the store was going to call me, Again the store never called. was told the issue is being investigated further and i will be contacted. I have beeeen patient but no one seems willing to assist me. Yesterday I recieved an email that the issue was resolved, HOW? make it make sense please. How is the issue resolved whereas i have never recieved my food or my money back. ORDER NUMBER *** REF ***. CAN I JUST GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!!!!
