Pathetic technical support

I have logged calls on Hellopeter on 20 Jan,11 Feb and 27 Feb. I can not see the Smart Shopper points on my app. Both times the helpdesk advised me that their technical team is investigating. Obviously your technical team is capable of resolving a simple issue.
