Pathetic store

What a failure of a store the Promenade branch is, each week when we go shop there we either leave without any items we came for or we leave with rain checks, now today at 4pm there are no over the counter rolls ready, they are still baking its said, totally unacceptable as we shop this time of the day for supper. Its a pathetic shopping experience each week. When will this store come up to par as to what we deserve. Awaiting a response. P.s how many potatoes rain checks must I leave that store with, when are they getting in potatoes.
