Pathetic Staff Attitude

I have had a row of bad interactions with the Lonehill PnP staff but this one topped it off when my colleague was harassed by one of the staff members. We are a small neighbouring business and it just makes sense for us to use a gift card to buy our daily fresh produce instead of cash or otherwise. This specific interaction was when my colleague had to purchase with the card and we were not sure how much was on the card, your staff member accused her of being in possession of someone else's card cause she should know how much was on the card. Saying that she probably picked up an old lady's card. This is unprofessional and not to mention unnecessary as there was never a lost card situation and going into such great detail with a made-up story. As I said, this is not the first incident but the one that upset me most. Please train your staff well enough to treat all customers well. We are tired of this treatment. We are also in this industry and I would die if my customers are treated like this.
