Pathetic so called customer service

I placed an order online 04/11/2019, not even a year later the washing machine that was ordered has some issues. I phoned customer service to get a reprint of the invoice in order to get repairs done. (I have the box/booklets but cannot seem to find the invoice). Due to it supposedly being to old, they cannot reprint the invoice and does not care to help. I have now called customer services 5 times, I keep getting told to hold as only a manager can assist but not on any of my 5 calls has the manager been available to speak to me. This is pathetic so called customer service. On my system I can reprint invoice from as long as 5 years ago!
