Pathetic servise

Poor service Yesterday i placed a big order with Pick n Pay ASAP i only received 1 third of my order. Due to the negligence of the the Southdown Pick n Pay no one knows where the rest of my order is. Now i must just wait till they done looking i to this.

I want my money back i have plans and now all they keep on saying is we will get back to you

Why myst the client suffer they gave the items to the wrong driver and now the items are gone but order is marked as delivered,this is pathetic poor *********** service.
