Pathetic Services from our franchise store

On the 11th of December in the morning i went to PnP Meadowlands to get few things, unfortunately loadschedding took over and i was at the teller and the transaction had gone through. Cashier (Hope) instructed me to pay in hard cash as they could not accept cards after paying and she advised that i will get a refund before close of business or i can come to the store next day to claim the amount deducted. The next day i went to the store but (Kelebogile) wasn't there to assist as she was at the scene with the cashier. Today I'm calling the store still they're unable to assist.
