Pathetic services from manager at Pick n Pay Keywest.

Today 5 November 2021 at +- 16.30 I visited the Pick n Pay at Keywest. I patiently stood in a que as they were clearly under staff for the amount of customer instore. Eventually when it was my turn, 2x2L coke the amout reflecting didn't correspond with what was advertised as a special on the fridge shelve. After I questioned the price a guy who said he was the manager Frederick said it was ONLY Coke no sugar. I disagreed and went to the fridge where I showed him the special where it stipulated different.

I asked who he was, and he said "the manager" when I wanted to take a picture he almost knocked the phone out of my hands. He disappears, I proceeded to the till point but he was no where to be seen.

Really disgusting service from a so called manager. Wonder if this is really the manager and if Pick n Pay approves this type of treatment towards customers.

Never the less I won't visit this branch ever again due to this so called manager. Will also tell my family and friends about experience!!
