Pathetic services by Bottles App

The app is okay and user friendly. The support team behind this app have such pathetic service. They accepted an order of mine over 2 weeks ago which they then Called to say that they could not deliver because it was late. Over and above that I have been following up with them to refund my money for that order which is over R400. This has been over 2 weeks and still no resolution. They are asking me to check with my bank however check what with the bank if they won’t provide proof of refund. Their service is up hauling and pathetic. They have waisted so much of my time. Their responses always come in drips and drabs. I don’t know what else to do. So frustrated.
