I send my helper R3000 to withdraw with Tymecode (Tymebank) o KY for him to ge told that the tellers with Cash are on lunch. I called him and ask him to ask for the floor supervisor so I can speak to her and he did. I asked this lady how come can't we be assisted of Tymebank offer withdrawals and only then she promised to look for a till with Cash assist. 20 min lapses and by the time he was to be assisted it expires a d I had to send a second tymecode.
