Pathetic services

I did an online clothing purchase order number ***. I must say your services suck and appalling. Every time I log in it says it is be processed. You call *** and all you get is "please hold, I will transfer you to online" when the next person answers the same story and finally after like 5 transfer of my call you get cut off. What kind of service is this, no sms or email that your parcel is being packed or you can track it. Please dont use the excuse of loadshedding, your services stink very annoying. Would love to see who will be kind enough to be in contact with me, lousy .....
